RICHARD MISKIEWICZ
Richard was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. After a few back and forth moves between Chicago and Colorado, Rich and his wife now proudly call Colorado home. Having lived here for more than a decade now, he says, “I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in the country, CO has had my heart from the very beginning.” Rich believes that being authentic, honest and hardworking are fundamentals to any successful career. In his words, “Simply put, I am your ride or die REALTOR that will always keep your interests top of mind. My only intention is to build a lifelong relationship based on trust and friendship, and nothing less.”
As a first generation American and son of two immigrants, Rich believes to his core that anything is achievable through hard work and dedication. When he decided to get licensed it only took him three weeks to finish his pre-licensing course work and become a licensed REALTOR®. He quickly realized this career choice was one of the toughest journeys he had embarked upon. What has kept him in the business, is purely the satisfaction of the deals and the connections and relationships he has forged over the years.

The people that Rich works with, often end up being his friends during and after the transaction. He believes that when purchasing the biggest investment of your life, you need to know, like and trust the person you are doing business with. “I think what separates me from the tens of thousands of other real estate agents is, I truly care for your well being.
